Pot o Gold in Greenpoint?

Based on this rainbow, there must be a pot of Gold in Greenpoint, specifically in the GMDC building. Took this pic last Sunday while kayaking on the East River.








There's a new public pier in Williamsburg. This place is getting to look more nad more like Long Island City.








Where'd all the urban blight go? I could have sworn it was just right here? This is the end of North 7th Street in Williamsburg. Who put all these luxury condominiums here. I turn my back for one minute and look what happens.







Meanwhile, Robert turns his back for one minute and the Circle Line almost runs him over. At least I'd of had a photographic evidence.
